Model & Photographer Event — Tagdown Barn, Oxfordshire

Tagdown Barn in Oxfordshire — a venue known for its beautiful natural light, grand staircase, elegant roll-top bath, and expansive countryside surroundings. The barn offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern style, making it an incredible location for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
This event is open to both models and photographers who want to network, build connections, and create high-quality portfolio content in a relaxed, professional environment.
Models:
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple photographers and other models throughout the day. Please note that every photographer will offer different packages/amounts of images and or video clips but we will disclose this information in advance. You also don't have to collaborate with any other models on the day if you don't want to. You can just have your own individual shoots.
I’ll personally be shooting with each attending model and will provide 5 professionally edited images plus all video clips captured during our session.
Shoot time with me will depend on the number of attendees, ensuring everyone has fair creative time.
You’re welcome to collaborate freely and create your own behind-the-scenes or social content during the event.
Photographers:
You’re welcome to work with as many models as you wish throughout the day.
Please make clear in advance how many edited images, video clips, and total shoot time you can offer each model so that expectations are transparent for everyone.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your portfolio, meet new creatives, and network within the industry.
☕ Additional Details
Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
A designated area will be provided for hair and makeup touch-ups and prep.
A group chat will be created around three months prior to the event with a full list of attendees, model levels, and photographer details so everyone knows what to expect ahead of time.
Spaces are limited to maintain a comfortable and productive shooting environment.
Please note: everyone’s comfort and boundaries will always be respected. If anyone chooses not to work with someone for any reason, that decision must be fully respected without question.
